    Completed a run of 5 kilometres or more.

    Crossed the 10 km mark in a single run.

    Criteria: Single activity ≥ 10 km.

  • First Half

    21.1 km. That's a half marathon.

    Criteria: Single activity ≥ 21.1 km.

  • 7-Day Streak

    Seven consecutive days with at least one run each.

    Criteria: 7 consecutive calendar days with ≥ 1 run.

  • 14-Day Streak

    Two weeks of daily running.

    Criteria: 14 consecutive calendar days with ≥ 1 run.

  • 3 Cities

    Run in three different cities. The passport is filling up.

    Criteria: Runs recorded in 3 distinct cities.

  • 5 Cities

    Five cities stamped. You're officially a travel runner.

    Criteria: Runs recorded in 5 distinct cities.

  • Sub-2:00 Half

    21.1 km in under two hours.

    Criteria: Single activity ≥ 21.1 km, elapsed time < 2:00:00.

  • Sub-50 10K

    10 km in under 50 minutes.

    Criteria: Matched 10 km best effort time < 50:00.

  • Night Run

    A run that started after 21:00.

    Criteria: Activity start time ≥ 21:00 local.

    100 km or more in a single calendar month.

    Criteria: Monthly total ≥ 100 km.

    Runs logged on two different continents.

  • Trail Blazer

    A single trail run over 20 km. Mud expected.

    Criteria: Single trail activity ≥ 20 km.

Serious territory. Earned by running, not by using the app.

  • Boston Qualifier

    A marathon time that qualifies for Boston. Age-graded standard.

    Criteria: Marathon time ≤ Boston qualifying standard for age group.

  • Sub-3 Marathon

    42.2 km in under three hours. Serious territory.

    Criteria: Single activity ≥ 42.2 km, elapsed time < 3:00:00.

  • Ultra Finisher

    Any ultra-marathon finish. 50K and beyond.

    Criteria: Single activity ≥ 50 km.

  • 100-Day Streak

    One hundred consecutive days of running. You are not normal.

    Criteria: 100 consecutive calendar days with ≥ 1 run.

  • 5000K Year

    Five thousand kilometres in a year. ~140 km/week.

    Criteria: Annual total ≥ 5000 km.

  • All Continents

    Runs logged on all six inhabited continents. Antarctica at your discretion.
